Unfortunately, at the moment, the reports on these meetings have been lost. The common thene is that particpants were invited to comment on what they wanted to see in the new museum at Parramatta and what they wanted to see in the 'cultural facility' that Mr Harwin had promised to establish at Ulimo. Former museum benefactor Trevor Kennedy tried to raise the matter of the overall quality of the scheme, but was refused permission to speak by the chief facilitator Mr Elton of Elton Consulting: they were hired to facilitate the move process.  Discullsion leaders at each table had been coached in how to hanlde the discussion, and all comments were accepted. Our reports documented the fact that discussions were dominated by objections to the 'move' process, but this was very much downplayed in the final reports of this sham 'consultation'.
